A process model is a description of a process in terms of its steps or actions, the data flowing between them and the participants in the process.
A critical Business Analysis skill, business process modeling applies graphical and text communication techniques to describe the actions, objects and relationships acted upon in the process, as well as the steps that act upon them.

This course is targeted exam preparation support for the IIBA’s Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) exam candidates including both A Guide to Business Analysis Body Of Knowledge (BABOK Guide) content review and an exam preparation tutorial. You will be given a Knowledge Gap Assessment prior to starting the course, and your score on this will be compared to your modular practice (by knowledge area).

Prerequisite
